What Makes Us Seriously Good
It’s not surprising that the vast majority of ice cream lovers prefer premium ice cream. It’s a simple matter of taste . . . period! But today’s educated consumers have raised the bar. They expect the “good stuff” to offer more, to be all natural, gluten free, non GMO, free from artificial additives with names you can’t pronounce, and they want a clean label.
We agree with all of the above and we are raising the bar even higher for premium ice cream. Our ice cream includes an added benefit, one that is essential to health and well-being and that 97% of Americans need more of on a daily basis… FIBER.
So we are not just another premium ice cream brand serious about tasting good; we’re on a mission to be seriously good.
A Source of Food & Fiber for 10,000 Years
Our fiber source is the organic blue agave tequilana weber plant which has been known throughout history for its nutritional value. It provides many of the same benefits as grain fiber. A single serving of our seriously favorful, seriously fiberful ice cream provides between 21-23% of an adult’s daily fiber requirements. And because our agave is a natural sweetener, our ice cream contains an average of 25% less added sugar than other premium brands.
Benefits of Fiber

Our goal is to provide you with the most authentic flavors, the creamiest of textures, the best ingredients possible... all resulting in a truly indulgent experience with added benefits that other premium brands don’t offer. We have taken great care in choosing our ingredients from our milk and cream to our flavors.
This same diligence went into choosing our suppliers. We looked for clean labels with no unnatural stabilizers or emulsifiers and products that were kosher and sustainably produced. We searched for companies that practiced fair trade with track records of offering no-compromise premium products, and who had the certifications to match.
Ice cream specialists who understand the complexity, science and art of making a premium ice cream know that the true test of a brand’s quality can be found in its vanilla flavor. That’s because vanilla ice cream is ultimately simple and pure unmasked by inclusions, chips and chunks of extraneous goodies.
In developing our Seriously Good flavors, we began our search for a vanilla that would represent the quality standards that we demanded for our entire product line and that would complement our all natural ingredients and flavors. After working with the highly regarded vanilla company, Nielsen-Massey to customize the perfect blend, we are confident that we have achieved a Seriously Good vanilla.

When developing flavors, every ingredient or inclusion brings a new character to the overall end product as is evident in our vanilla flake ice cream. Most chocolate chips and chunks used in ice cream contain emulsifiers (those names you can’t pronounce) which we have chosen not to use in our products. Our search for the ultimate chocolate inclusion with the ingredient list we required was eventually located in France. This 42% cacao miniature dark chocolate flake interlaced throughout and complementing our vanilla is a must-have feast of taste and texture.
INGREDIENTS: Milk, cream, sugar, organic agave inulin, nonfat milk, egg yolks, guar gum, fine dark chocolate flakes (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, milk fat, natural vanilla flavor), pure vanilla extract.
In Rhode Island where coffee is a passion and coffee milk is the official State drink, we had no choice but to seek out coffee experts in selecting our coffee flavor. We wanted a smooth well-rounded profile, produced with beans from premier growing regions around the world, and combining the delicate flavor of Arabica beans with the rich bold flavor of Robusta beans. We are confident that we have achieved a coffee profile that will please the most demanding coffee ice cream lovers.
INGREDIENTS: Milk, cream, sugar, organic agave inulin, nonfat milk, egg yolks, guar gum, coffee extract.
As one of the most craved flavors second only to vanilla, most chocolate lovers have strong feelings about what they like. Some prefer a light milk chocolate profile while others favor dark rich chocolate. Add to that, not all cocoas are alike in fat content, color, and how they are processed. Finding that perfectly well rounded cocoa flavor that would appeal to the majority of consumers was a challenge. After testing dozens of combinations from leading cocoa suppliers, we found one that exhibited the unique color, aroma and flavor characteristics that made it ideal for our Seriously Good chocolate. We hope you will agree.

Our milk and cream comes from New England family owned farms, most of whom are multi-generational. Our cows are primarily grass-fed and have been rBGH free since 1994, long before growth hormones were a topic of conversation. Since these farms are no more than three hours from the plant, our cream and milk can be cow-made, transported and delivered to our facility the same day ready to be turned into ice cream. Now, that’s fresh.
